Making a Purchase.

To make a purchase, browse through the 'Items' page, by clicking the tab, adding those items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket.  When finished click on the 'Shopping Basket' tab and you will be asked for the details necessary to complete the order. There is no minimum order charge. Payment can be made using credit card, debit card, cheque or postal order.

Credit Card: All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta. Credit card details are entered during the checkout process, and are processed using a secure server.

Personal Cheque: If you wish to pay by cheque, place your order by telephone.  Your items will be despatched once the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to "Vital Sines Ltd" and sent to Sonic Ventures, PO Box 6538, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 9DB.         ('Sonic Ventures' is a trading name of Vital Sines Ltd.)

VAT is included in all prices as seen on the Items Page.

Credit Card Security.

Payments may be made with Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions take place over a secure server. All information is encrypted during the processing and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases, therefore we offer a 100% refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied, in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act.

If there has been a mix up with your order please notify us straight away and we will correct it.

Disclaimer: Pacemaker Metronomes may not be suitable for use by small children. Plectrum Necklaces have small parts, providing a possible choking hazard, therefore please keep out of reach of small children.  The use of a poor quality power supply on the Pacemaker Metronome could produce poor sound quality, even though every effort has been made to make the Pacemaker compatable with most popular 9V power supplies.  The Behringer PSU-SB is recommended and can be bought in the webshop.
